Chicago Animal Care and Control is one of the most important city-run organizations. Yet, a few weeks ago, without warning they fired what many thought was the best Director in decades. A shit storm ensued and we are trying to sort everything out to be sure people understand WHAT is going on and HOW they can help. Oh, and would Heather ever apply for the Director job?
